A tool built for high school sports programs to manage submitting, reviewing, and publishing posts to their team's Instagram account.
What postApprover does
postApprover is a private, invite-only tool used internally by a school's sports programs. It replaces handing a shared Instagram password around: a student-athlete submits one or more photos and a caption for a potential post, and a coach or program lead reviews it before anything goes live.
Once a post is approved, postApprover publishes it automatically to the team's official Instagram Business Account and emails the student a link to the live post. If a post is rejected, the reviewer can either let the student fix and resubmit it, or mark it final.
Why we ask for your Google account
Signing in with your school Google account lets postApprover confirm you're an authorized member of your school's program before letting you submit or review posts, and lets us attribute each submission and approval to the right person.
We only use your name, email address, and profile photo for this purpose. We don't use your Google data for advertising, and we don't share it outside of running postApprover itself — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
