Terms of Service

Access is invite-only, granted by your school's program staff. An invite may be revoked at any time, for any reason, by an administrator of your organization.

Don't submit content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates your school's or Instagram's own policies. An approver may reject any post at their discretion, and submitting a post is never a guarantee it will be published.

You retain ownership of the images and captions you submit. By submitting a post, you grant postApprover and your organization the right to store, review, and — if approved — publish that content to the associated Instagram account on your behalf.

postApprover is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every approved post will publish successfully to Instagram (publishing depends on Meta's Graph API being available).

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, particularly if you violate these terms or your school's policies. You may stop using postApprover at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
